I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2008.

As a trainer, I believe every client needs a tailored program as no one is the same. 

I am based in my own bespoke studio offering 1-2-1 or small group training in your own privacy.

Not only do I have experience in helping rehabilitate people with health issues I have also recovered from my own, I had a stroke caused by a hole in the heart, my knowledge certainly helped my recovery. 

 I also offer online, home and outdoor sessions.

 

My History of Success

Qualified since 2008, I specialise in providing effective and enjoyable personal training the West Sussex and Hampshire area. Building strong relationships with my clients, all with varying needs, has enabled me to support them and progress their training programmes to achieve both their fitness and health-related goals.
 

My experience has allowed me to explore a variety of training methods, from working with clients who are competing in endurance events in high-level sporting competitions to supporting those who are recovering from major operations such as hip and knee replacements. My area of specialty is using exercise to help control medical conditions such as diabetes and epilepsy as well as other more mentally debilitating conditions, including Parkinson’s and recovering from stroke and brain trauma.
 

Throughout my years as a trainer, I have not only built a plethora of experience but have continued to expand on my knowledge, completing qualifications in training those referred to an exercise professional from their doctor (G.P Referral) and becoming a specialist in lower back pain. Over the years, I have really enjoyed watching my clients' progress. I take real pleasure in having a positive impact on their lives outside the gym as well as in it.
 

I started my career working in a multinational gym in Bournemouth; I then began working in smaller, independent gyms. I am based in an exclusive gym in West Sussex but also provide sessions outside, at home or online.
 

I also work alongside physiotherapists and surgeons to help aid full recovery and get my clients back to their best, sometimes better, selves. My strength is my experience and desire to make manageable, positive changes to get my clients to their goals.
