About Me

I’m Glen Eastick, founder of GEPT Specialist Personal Training in Chichester. I help adults train safely, confidently, and without joint stress — whether you’re returning to fitness, managing pain, or rebuilding after injury or medical challenges.

My approach is shaped by both professional experience and personal recovery. After experiencing a stroke caused by a PFO, later corrected through a heart procedure, I rebuilt my own strength and coordination from the ground up. That journey taught me how to train with precision, patience, and genuine understanding — and it’s the foundation of how I coach today.

I specialise in joint‑friendly strength training, post‑rehab progression, lower‑back pain management, and boxing padwork for fitness and confidence. Sessions are private, calm, and tailored to your needs, with a focus on long‑term strength and real‑world movement.

If you want training that’s safe, supportive, and built around your body — you’re in the right place.

Rebecca — Pre & Postnatal Specialist

Rebecca has been a qualified personal trainer since 2010, bringing 15 years of experience to GEPT Specialist Personal Training, where she specialises in pre and postnatal fitness. She offers a range of training options including one-on-one, group, mobile/home, and online sessions, so clients can train in whichever way fits their stage of pregnancy, recovery, and daily life.
Since qualifying, Rebecca has gone on to have two children herself, both via cesarean section — an experience that's given her a first-hand, personal understanding of pregnancy, birth, and recovery to go alongside her professional training. That combination means she doesn't just know the theory of adapting exercise through pregnancy and rebuilding strength postnatally — she's lived it, including the realities of C-section recovery.
Rebecca's approach blends technical expertise with genuine empathy. She works with mums-to-be and new mums to build programmes that are safe, realistic, and tailored to where they are in their journey — whether that's staying active during pregnancy or safely returning to exercise afterwards.

Got Questions? Here Are a Few Answers

What makes GEPT different from a regular personal trainer?

Glen Eastick has been a qualified personal trainer since 2008 and works with a wide range of clients — from those looking to lose weight, build strength or improve fitness, through to those needing specialist rehabilitation and medical condition management. Glen has personal experience of stroke recovery, having suffered a stroke himself caused by a hole in the heart, which required a heart procedure to correct. This lived experience gives him a unique understanding of rehabilitation that most personal trainers simply don't have. Every session is completely bespoke — tailored to exactly where you are right now and what you want to achieve.

Do I need to have a medical condition or injury to train with GEPT?

Not at all. Glen works with clients of all abilities and fitness levels — from complete beginners and those returning to exercise after a long break, to people training for endurance events and high level sporting competitions. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle, improve your general fitness or simply make exercise enjoyable again, Glen can design a programme specifically for you.

Can you help with rehabilitation and medical conditions?

Yes. Glen specialises in working with clients managing a wide range of conditions including lower back pain, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, epilepsy and those recovering from stroke, hip and knee replacements and other major operations. If you have a medical condition or are recovering from surgery, Glen can work alongside your medical team to design a safe and effective programme for you.

I'm nervous about starting — is that okay?

Absolutely. Many of Glen's clients come to him having not exercised for a long time or having had negative experiences with fitness in the past. There is no judgement, no pressure and no one-size-fits-all approach. The first step is simply a friendly conversation about where you are and what you'd like to achieve.

How do I get started?

Call or text Glen directly on 07795991477 or email info@gept.co.uk. There's no obligation — just a friendly chat to see if GEPT is the right fit for you.

Post-Surgery Strength - Jo R, Funtington

Glen is a very calm, supportive and effective personal trainer. His approach is thorough and backed with an extensive knowledge of how to train for various needs; in my case, strength and flexibility recovery after multiple surgeries over multiple years. I am very satisfied with my progress under Glen's program and would recommend him without hesitation.

Confidence Rebuilt - Rachel B, Emsworth

Glenn is great as he really listens to you and feedback from your body and the programs are very tailored and effective. I am coming back from a badly broken ankle and can now run with confidence thanks to Glenn. I highly recommend for anyone who wants a personalised fitness programs and to see results and gain back lost confidence in your body.

Back Pain Controlled - Piers M, Chichester

Glen is fantastic. After a few injuries and ongoing back pain, he’s helped me strip my technique back to basics and rebuild it properly from the ground up. The focus on strong foundations has already made a noticeable difference, and it feels like I’m setting myself up for real, sustainable progress going forward.
